Ms. Maass brings more than 15 years' experience in business strategy and process improvement to The MFA Companies®. Constance is a results-driven team player with a focus on using analytics and metrics to drive strategic objectives. As an energetic relationship builder and manager of cross functional teams she leads initiatives to achieve company objectives. In addition, she is an effective mentor and coach who retains highperforming teams. As the Director Operation Excellence, Constance is responsible for envisioning and executing MFA's strategy for high growth and impact through operational excellence and productivity innovation. Prior to joining MFA, Constance was Director of Operations Excellence at EBSCO Information Services where she managed continuous improvements to advance EBSCO's process, system and people practices as well as overall business units' maturity levels and effectiveness across the corporate enterprise.
