About Our Facilitators: 

Atty. T. Michael Sullivan focuses his practice on Estate and Trust Administration, Estate Planning and Elder Law; serving clients in Essex and Middlesex County and throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Atty. Sullivan is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and New England School of Law. Michael is a member of the Board of Directors for the Lawrence Bar Association, Past-President of the Merrimack Valley Estate Planning Council, member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Essex County Bar Association, and Vice President of the Board of Directors for the German Home, a home for individuals with mental health challenges in Lawrence, Massachusetts.  Thomas Reuters has selected Michael as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Caleb Harty is a principal at Harty Financial in the Boston area and holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation. He has his BA in Economics from Gordon College in Wenham, Mass., and is also a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), which he attended in the Yukon Territory, Canada. Caleb is also an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and volunteers with the Red Cross.  Caleb is one of only a few advisers in the New England area who specialize in working with families that have a child with special needs. The connection is a personal one, as his brother-in-law has Down syndrome
